Payment Policies 

  1. Accepted Payment Methods:
    • Bank transfers
    • UPI
    • Credit Cards are not accepted for the time being
  2. Full Payment:
    • Payment should be made in full before the creation is packed and shipped. As there is only one sample creation available, other orders will take time to get manufactured and shipped, according to the creation.
    • For Custom orders, a deposit is required, with the balance due upon completion.
    • For Collections, each creation has 7 units in stock, and would be marked sold out once those 7 are sold. These can be shipped within 48hrs of purchase if available.
  3. Currency:
    • Only Indian Currency (Rupees) is accepted for the time being.

Return Policies

    1. Return Period:
      • Creations can be returned within 3 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and certificates.
      • The tracking ID should be shared by the customer, and there would be a quality check done by our team before the refund is initiated which could take 7-15 business days.
    2. Exclusions:
      • Custom or personalized jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable.
    3. Refund Process:
      • Refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method.
    4. Return Shipping:
      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping Time:
    • For collection based orders, the creation would be shipped within 48hrs of purchase.
    • Custom and other orders require a 45 days time window. Although, we try our best to deliver it within 30 days or before the day of requirement.
