Exchange Policy

We make our pieces slowly and with care, and we hope they reach you exactly as intended.
In the rare case that something doesn’t turn out the way it should, we’re here to sort it out with you.

If there is a major fault or defect in the piece, we offer an exchange.

Here’s how it works:

The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

The piece should be in its original condition, unworn, and returned with all original packaging and certificates.

Once the request is approved, we’ll arrange the pickup from your end.

Every returned piece goes through a quality check by our team before the exchange is processed.

Please note: that exchanges are only applicable in cases of genuine defects or issues from our end.
